FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a blaze in a first-floor flat in Colchester this morning.
Two crews from Colchester were called to the scene in Bradford Drive shortly after 9am and had extinguished the fire by 9.42am.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to control the fire.
