Colchester: Electrical equipment stolen from Templewood Road home

Electrical equipment was stolen from a house in Colchester yesterday.

An intruder forced the front door of a property on Templewood Road sometime between 3.50pm and 7.15pm and took a Packard Bell laptop, Asus EPEE notebook, Fuji digital camera and Hitachi compact DVD player.

Police are awaiting confirmation from the victim as to whether any other items have been taken.

Unsuccessful attempts were also made to break-in to a house in Wilmington Road via its rear bathroom window sometime between 2pm and 6.15pm.
