A Colchester household has been left “devastated” after a laptop containing family photographs was stolen.
The break-in happened at their home on Heath Road, Colchester, between 2.45pm and 3.15pm yesterday.
Several laptops were seized, including an Apple Macbook in a black case, after a rear conservatory was broken in to.
“One of the laptops contained photographs which the family were extremely upset to lose,” an Essex Police spokesman said.
