Police have arrested a 53-year-old man from Colchester on suspicion of indecent exposure and sexual touching.
The man was detained yesterday evening in connection with an investigation into two incidents in which teenage boys were accosted in Clacton on Saturday.
This morning, Essex Police said the man has been taken to Clacton police station for questioning.
