A man has handed himself in at Colchester police station today (Sunday) in connection with an assault inside a nightclub in the town.
Earlier in the day officers issued a CCTV image of a man they wanted to speak to in connection with the incident at Liquid and Envy, in November.
At around 3.30am, on November 17, a 19-year-old man from Colchester was pushed with force inside the building, in the High Street, causing him to fall over cutting his knee and bruising his arm.
The man responsible was then ejected from the club by door staff.
Efforts to date have failed to identify the man responsible.
