Officers have issued a CCTV image of a man who is suspected of stealing a laptop from a town centre shop.
A 13in Apple Mac laptop was taken from the Albion iStore in Lion Walk, Colchester, at about 11.35am on Friday, July 26.
The suspect is believed to have removed security wires from the laptop before walking out with it hidden under his clothing.
The man was in his mid 30s and had short brown hair.
He was wearing a grey cardigan, a dark coloured T-shirt with an Australian flag on the front, knee length shorts, white socks and trainers.
Anyone with information should call Pc Jon Hardy at Colchester police station on 101.
