A 70-YEAR-OLD man, a 66-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man from Colchester have been charged with drug offences for cultivating cannabis.
All three have been charged with two counts of producing class B drugs at addresses in Colchester in January this year.
The woman and 35-year-old man will appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on May 21 and the 70-year-old man will appear at the same court the following day.
