A WOMAN in her 20s has been treated for smoke inhalation following a flat fire in Colchester.
Crews were called to Artillery Street at about 11.10pm yesterday (Wednesday February 27) after smoke alarms had gone off.
Firefighters entered the property wearing breathing apparatus.
At about 11.20pm they confirmed everyone had been accounted for but reported one casualty had already left the building.
An ambulance crew treated the woman at the scene.
