A Sudbury charity has produced a recipe book to help raise funds.
The Kernos Centre, in Friars Street, provides counselling help to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay.
The fundraising cookbook, made up of recipes supplied by clients, counsellors, volunteers and friends, was published this week.
The A5-sized book is £5 and Kernos Centre staff are hoping people will buy it for Christmas presents.
So that all of the money raised through sales of the book can go towards keeping the Kernos Centre open, a generous supporter donated the cost of producing the book.
Copies can be purchased by dropping into the Kernos Centre. Alternatively, send a cheque payable to Kernos Centre for £5 plus £1.50 postage along with your name and address to 32 Friars Street, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 2AG.
