A 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a crash at Friston on Saturday has been released on police bail.
A 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and drink driving after a fatal crash at Friston on Saturday has been released on police bail.
Luke Anthony Barham, 25, of Saxmundham died after the blue Alfa Romeo in which he was a passenger collided with a telegraph pole in Aldeburgh Road before crashing into a ditch at 12.20am on Saturday.
Mr Barham was taken to Ipswich hospital where he later died.
The suspect, from the Leiston area, must return to Ipswich Police Station on January 9, 2010.
