Milsoms, Dedham
A 28-year-old man arrested in connection with the failure to pay a food bill at a north Essex restaurant has been summonsed to appear before magistrates in Colchester.
The man, from Southend, will appear on May 10 in connection with allegations over a failure to pay a bill at the Milsoms restaurant in Dedham on February 16.
Police would like to thank all the members of the public who came forward with information following the release of a CCTV image and appeal.
