Rail passengers face delays or cancellations on London-bound trains following a points failure near the capital this morning.
Due to the earlier points failure, train services running through Maryland station will be subject to disruption until about 11am.
Some services may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
The points failure happened between Forest Gate and Maryland.
It meant the late arrival of several services travelling between Ipswich and Liverpool Street.
Train operator Greater Anglia said a Network Rail team of engineers was working to resolve the problem.
