Deliberate car blaze in Martlesham tackled by firefighters

A car was deliberately set on fire in Martlesham earlier this morning in Gloster Road.

The incident happened at around 2.20am today, with a fire crew from Ipswich East sent to tackle the blaze.

The crew used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire, bringing it under contol by 2.52am.
