A MAN accused of killing Emma Harold and Kate Wasyluk in a crash in Foxhall Road, early on Saturday, appeared in South East Suffolk Magistrates Court today.
Scott Nicholls, 20, of West Villa, Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, was remanded in custody until March 5 when he will appear at Ipswich Crown Court.
Nicholls, who appeared with his right arm in a sling, listened as the charges against him were read out.
He is accused of two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, driving a vehicle without insurance and driving while disqualified.
A further charge relating to criminal damage valued at �500 was also put to him. The offence is said to have taken place in September last year.
No pleas were entered at today's hearing.
