A MAN has been charged with dangerous driving following a road accident in Earls Colne, Essex.
The collision, involving a Vauxhall Zafira and Daf lorry, happened on the B1024 Coggeshall Road on September 6 last year.
A then 15-month-old girl received serious injuries and was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital while a man, the car driver, and a six-year-old girl received minor injuries.
The lorry driver, a 43-year-old man from Southend, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on March 6.
