Fire crews have extinguished a chimney fire in East Bergholt.
One fire engine from Princess Street and one from Manningtree in Essex were sent to the fire at a house in Rectory Hill in the village just after 6pm.
Crews used chimney equipment to extinguish the flames and a thermal imaging camera to check for any hot spots.
