A MAN has died after a two-vehicle crash near Bishop’s Stortford, Essex.
Police said David Mackenzie, 63, suffered a heart attack but it’s unclear whether it happened before or after the smash at 4.30pm on Saturday.
The accident, in Hazel End Road, Farnham, saw the Nissan Note Mr Mackenzie was travelling in collide with a Vauxhall Passat.
Mr Mackenzie, of The Street, Manuden near Bishop’s Stortford, was taken to The Princess Alexandra Hopsital, Harlow, where he died at 8am today.
Police are investigating, and any witnesses to the incident are asked to contact Essex Police at Dunmow roads policing team on 0300 333 4444.
