Doctors resuscitated a man who had a cardiac arrest while swimming in a leisure centre pool.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the leisure centre in Saffron Walden, Essex, on Sunday morning after the incident involving a man in his mid-50s.
Paramedics and the air crew revived the man before he was taken by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, for further treatment.
