One motorist was cut free by fire crews and another treated by paramedics following a collision between a car and a lorry.
Emergency services were called to the A120 at Ramsey in Essex at 7.19am today.
One person was released before crews arrived and was placed in the care of the ambulance service.
Firefighters released the person trapped by 8.18am using two sets of hydraulic cutting equipment.
