Police in Essex issued a further appeal for information to find Kenneth McNaughton, 31, in connection with a report that a woman was assaulted.
McNaughton, from Colchester, is described as 5ft 5ins tall, has two tattoos on one arm, including black tribal tattoo, and a ‘MUFC’ on his right hand.
He also has a large scar on his back and is known to frequent pubs in the Colchester area.
McNaughton works as a labourer by trade and is known with the fishing community in Fingringhoe.
Anyone with information is asked to call Colchester police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
