Police recovered a “very large amount of cannabis” from a crashed car in Colchester after its driver tried to evade officers.
Essex Police’s Sgt Colin Shead posted on Twitter yesterday about one of his fellow officer’s discoveries in the town.
“Judging by the stench within the garage Pc Jackson has recovered a very large amount of cannabis from the vehicle that made of from him and crashed in Colchester,” he said.
“If the driver would like his vehicle back give us a call on 101.
“We’ll be keeping your drugs though.”
