A 1.5 million National Lottery jackpot prize won two weeks ago has yet to be claimed, say competition organisers.

Lottery operator Camelot says the winning ticket was drawn on January 29 and bought in the Chelmsford or Maldon areas of Essex.

A spokesman said the winning numbers were: 5, 20, 25, 30, 36, 47 - and the bonus ball number 15.

He said the ticket-holder had until 5.30pm on July 28 to claim or the cash would go into the lottery’s “good causes” pot.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa,’’ said the spokesman. “Someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune.’’
