POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing Colchester man who is thought to have left home without any shoes on.
POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing Colchester man who is thought to have left home without any shoes on.
Dean Carter, 34, was last seen by his mother at his home in Coppice End, Highwoods, at 10am yesterday.
He is believed to have taken a rucksack with him, but police do not think he was wearing any shoes.
Mr Carter is described as white, 6ft 2ins, with very short dark hair, a slight beard and brown eyes.
He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans with repaired knees, and a zip-up blue sweatshirt.
He is thought to have connections with Kent and Sussex.
