FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a van blaze on a stretch of the A11 in Suffolk.
Crews were called to the southbound section of the road at Red Lodge near Newmarket at 6.05am today.
Two fire engines from Newmarket and one from Mildenhall attended the incident.
On arrival crews found one van well alight. They wore two sets of breathing of apparatus and used two hose reel jets to fight the flames.
The fire was extinguished at 6.25am.
