Crews tackled a fire on a combine harvester near to the A14’s junction with Higham this afternoon.

Three fire engines were called to the blaze - which happened on the A14 westbound - at around 12.11pm.

Police were also in attendance.

The incident was under control at around 12.29pm after the harvester was moved into a layby, and no injuries have been reported, a police spokeswoman said.
