Three people were treated by paramedics after inhaling smoke when fire ripped through the roof of their home today.
Firefighters from Lowestoft South and Yarmouth were called to the incident at Paddock Wood Close, Lowestoft, just before 11am.
Crews arrived at the scene to find a semi-detached house with the roof well alight. The fire was also inside the roof space.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire using one hose reel.
An ambulance attended to treat the three occupants suffering from smoke inhalation. The fire was extinguished by 11.48am.
