Firefighters rescued a female and a dog from a house blaze in Bungay tonight.
Three crews – from Bungay, Halesworth and Beccles - attended the fire at Yeomans Close at 6.50pm and extinguished the blaze by 7.12pm.
The female suffered slight smoke inhalation and was left in the care of the East of England Ambulance Service.
Crews left the scene shortly after the incident was over.
