Firefighters tackle derelict house blaze

FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze at a derelict house.

It happened in Fitzgerald Road, Bramford, near Ipswich, just after 8.30pm tonight.

Firefighters discovered a fire on a windowsill.

Two crews from Princes Street in Ipswich attended and extinguished the fire around 9pm.

They wore two breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to douse the flames.
