Flashback: Christmas memories from days gone by

AS Christmas draws closer, we are beginning to reminisce about Christmases gone by.

Among our festive flashback photos, we have one showing children at a toy service at Halesworth Church in December 1979.

Were you there?

There is also an image from a Christmas party for the elderly at Reydon School in December 1972. Do you remember helping at this event?

Father Christmas arrived at Southwold in November 1975. Did he bring you anything nice?

Another photo found in our most recent dig through the archives shows An AA presentation to Le Talbooth at Stratford St Mary in November 1980. Do you recognise anyone in the picture?

And finally we have a photo of the Suffolk carrot and parsnip champions in Bildeston in September 1986. Did you grow these whoppers?
