Firefighters tackled a blaze in a three-storey building in Essex tonight.
Essex Fire & Rescue Service was called to Rosemary Road in Clacton at 7.47pm.
The incident commander reported that the building was partially alight and smoke logged.
Crews were hampered in the efforts to tackle the fire by unsafe and unsound flooring inside the building.
Firefighters used three hose reels to tackle the blaze, which was under control by 9.20pm.
Four crews - two from Clacton, one from Weeley and another from Frinton - attended the fire.
