A 16-year-old boy from Frinton is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court today (Tuesday October 2) charged with GBH and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
This follows an incident which happened in Old Road, Frinton, at around 4pm on Sunday September 8, where a 35-year-old man received serious injuries.
