Firefighters were called to make the scene safe in Yarmouth Road, Ufford, at around 1.40am.
The driver of the van suffered a “slight hand injury” in the collision, a police spokesman said.
Two fire crews from Woodbridge and Framlingham left the area at around 2am after giving the all-clear.
