A FURTHER two men have today been arrested on suspicion of money laundering following a raid at a Suffolk village scrap yard.
Police stormed the Ponderosa scrapyard in Red Lodge, near Mildenhall on Monday. Robert McGivern, 38, from Bridge End Road in Red Lodge, was charged by police last night and is due before magistrates in Sudbury today.
Today police arrested a further two men, this time on suspicion of money laundering.
One is a 76-year-old man from Red Lodge, the other a 65-year-old man from Red Lodge.
They were arrested in London and are currently in custody there, awaiting transfer to Suffolk later for questioning by detectives.
