PARENTS went back to the classroom to learn first hand about what their offspring get up to in their lessons.

The experience morning was hosted by Farlingaye High School in Woodbridge.

More than 30 parents attended the event, which started with an assembly and included three different lessons and a “speed dating” session where they chatted to students in quick succession to find out more about school life. The event always proves popular and gives the school a chance to demonstrate how teaching has changed from the past.

Parents went away impressed with what they saw, with many commenting on the quality of the teaching and behaviour of students.
