Last night photographers took the chance to take pictures of the last super moon of the year.
The phenomenon occurs when a full moon makes its closest approach to Earth on its elliptical orbit, making it appear bigger and brighter than normal.
This leads to some great picture opportunities as photographers and stargazers in Suffolk found out last night.
See our gallery for a collection of super moon images.
