FOOTBALL legend Paul Gascoigne has been arrested for drugs offences, it was reported today.
The 43-year-old spent the night in police custody on suspicion of possessing a class A substance.
His arrest comes days after the troubled former England player was warned he faced jail when he admitted drink driving at Newcastle Magistrates Court.
Gascoigne was held at a house in Burradon, North Tyneside, last night.
