An appeal has been issued to trace a 21-year-old from north Essex who failed to appear in court.
Charlie Anderson, from Harwich, is wanted in connection with failing to appear at court for driving offences, including dangerous driving.
He is around 5ft 6ins tall and of a medium build with links to the Clacton area.
