FIREFIGHTERS battled a blaze involving a chimney.
Crews from Bury St Edmunds and Wickhambrook were called to a fire at a property in The Pound, Hawstead, at 2.25pm.
On arrival they used chimney rods and a stirrup pump to tackle the flames.
The fire was under control by 3.45pm.
