FIREFIGHTERS in Ipswich tackled a hedge fire in the town in the early hours of this morning.
FIREFIGHTERS in Ipswich tackled a hedge fire in the town in the early hours of this morning.
One crew from Princes Street fire station was called to attend at the scene on Waveney Road at about 2.47am.
Upon arrival they discovered approximately five metres of conifer hedge alight.
One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the blaze and the incident was under control by 2.59am.
