Police are appealing for information after reports have been received of a man acting indecently around flats in Pearson Road, Ipswich.
Since a report came in on the September 18, officers making enquiries at neighbouring flats have learnt that over the past few weeks a man has been seen standing outside the flats indecently exposing himself and carrying out a lewd act.
The man is described as being of large build, white and wears dark clothing.
