FIVE people arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Ipswich have today been released on police bail.
Police were called to a disturbance at a property on Witney Close just before 5am yesterday. Upon arrival a man was found with serious stab wounds and has been taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment where he remains.
Five people were arrested at the scene and taken to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre.
Two 23-year-old women, a 20-year-old man, a 21-year-old man, and a 24-year-old woman, all from Ipswich, have since been released on police bail. They are due to return on Monday, May 21.
