FIRE crews are tonight tackling a tyre blaze in Ipswich.
The flames broke out shortly after 10pm at a premises in St George’s Street.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service report a “quantity of tyres and vehicle waste were well alight”.
Fire fighters are currently checking a nearby building and first-floor flat for smoke damage.
One crew from Princes Road, Ipswich, attended the incident.
