A flytipper who dumped his ex–partner’s rubbish in an Ipswich park has been ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £220 by the town’s magistrates.
Francis Gray, 25, of Stubbs Close, Ipswich, admitted depositing rubbish without a permit after borough council park patrol officers found a big pile of rubbish, including a carpet, general waste and furniture in Orwell Country Park. Among the rubbish was packaging with Gray’s ex-partner’s name and address on it.
