An e-fit has been released of a man wanted by police in connection with an assault.

The incident took place at a playground in Chesterton Close, Ipswich on February 13.

It happened between midnight and 12.30am when the offender assaulted a 23-year-old man from behind.

The victim sustained swelling to his arm, knee and cheek as a result of the incident.

The offender is described as a white man, approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, had a pale complexion, aged between 20 and 30. He had short blond curly hair, was clean shaven and was wearing a dark blue hooded top, blue waterproof jacket, dark coloured trousers and dark coloured trainers.
