Crews were called to a fire outside a building in Ipswich.

Two appliances from Princes Street were mobilised to High Street after a call at around 1.45pm stating there was a fire in the electrical box on the outside of a building.

Crews used two fire extinguishers to put out the blaze and by 3.10pm the incident was under control.

One appliance was on scene for a while awaiting a specialist team to arrive from UK Power Networks to isolate the electricity.
