FIREFIGHTERS fought a car fire yesterday that they believe to be suspicious.
One crew from Princes Street were scrambled to the car fire on the Drift in Ipswich shortly before 4:45pm on Saturday.
When they arrived the car was well alight and they used one hose reel jet and one dry powder extinguisher to bring the fire under control.
The crew, who were back at base by 5.17pm, has reported the incident to the police because they believe it to be of a suspicious nature.
