AN IPSWICH man has been bailed on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following an horrific fatal crash on the A12 in Essex.

The 50-year-old was questioned at Chelmsford police station after the accident between junction 15 and 16 just before the Ingatestone turn-off at 9.50 pm last night.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the accident which led to the death of 48-year-old Nazim Uddin Ahmed of Manor Park, London, who was stood near his Toyota when he was struck.
