Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Ipswich.
The incident happened in Little Bramford Lane, Ipswich, at approximately 12.45am on Sunday. T
he 39-year-old male victim was approached by two men who assaulted him, causing him to fall to the ground. They then asked for money and the victim handed over his wallet. The offenders walked off towards Chevallier Street.
The victim received grazing to the forehead and elbow as a result of the incident.
The first offender is described as a white man, approximately 5’4” tall, of a ‘skinny’ build, spoke with a Polish accent and was wearing a cap.
The second offender is described as a white man, spoke with a Polish accent, was shorter than the other offender and of a larger build.
Anyone with information about the incident or recognises the men described is asked to call Ipswich Priority Crime Team on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
