THREE men have today been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an incident in Upper Orwell Street in June.
The charges relate to an incident on June 14 when a 29-year-old man suffered face lacerations and was taken to Ipswich Hospital.
Kaliyugan Nallathamby, aged 26 and Tharmathash Theivendram, aged 38, both of St. Osyth Road, Clacton-on-sea and Karunanidhy Nallathamby, aged 32, of Ellis Road, Clacton-on-sea have been released on conditional bail and will appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday 17 September.
