Ipswich: Trains between London and Norwich back to normal

Trains to and from London have returned to normal service following an earlier signal problem.

There had been delays of up to 15 minutes on most services through Manningtree.

Trains were running at reduced speeds over a level crossing in the area but this has no been resolved by Network Rail engineers.
